They are written down so you can hold us to them.

  1. No success fee, ever

    Reeve Business Solutions charges no success fee and takes no percentage of any award. No fee is contingent on an outcome, so nobody here has a reason to overstate your odds.

  2. You submit, in your own name

    We prepare applications; you review, sign off and submit them. You are the contact of record, and the funder's correspondence comes to you directly.

  3. Quoted in writing first

    Every piece of work is scoped and quoted in writing before it starts. No surprise invoices.

  4. Every claim checked

    Program rules are read from the funder's own page and dated. Every factual claim in work we prepare for you is checked against a source before it reaches you or a funder.

  5. Yours to keep

    Plans, accounts, files and everything we write for you belong to you, whether or not we keep working together.

  6. In our lane

    Reeve Business Solutions Inc. is not a CPA firm and gives no tax, legal, assurance or investment advice. Income tax filing is referred to an independent CPA, who bills you directly.

What we will never do

  • Press submit on your application, or contact a funder or government body on your behalf.
  • Guarantee that an application will be approved or that funding will be received. Funding decisions rest entirely with the funder.
  • Take a percentage of any award.
  • Keep your passwords. You stay in control of your own accounts.
  • Put identifying client information into AI tools without removing it first.
  • Buy followers, write fake reviews or invent results in your marketing.

Cultural safety

Working in a culturally safe way

Brendan completed San'yas Indigenous Cultural Safety Training, from the Provincial Health Services Authority, and a custom cultural safety course delivered by a First Nation. Much of our work is with Nations, development corporations and Indigenous-owned businesses, and we are committed to listening first, respecting each Nation's own processes and decisions, and never speaking for a community.

Accessibility

Built so everyone can use it

Brendan has completed accessibility training. This website is built to work with a keyboard and a screen reader, in light and dark mode, and to respect reduced-motion settings. If anything we make is hard for you to use, tell us and we will fix it.

Operations

Working towards low-impact operations

Today that means paper-light work: invoices from Xero, documents in shared digital folders, e-signatures instead of printing, and meetings online where a trip is not needed. As we grow, we will keep choosing the lower-impact option where it does the job.

Your information

We ask only for what the work needs. Please never send a Social Insurance Number, bank or card numbers, passwords or identity documents. None is needed to get started.
