We set up AI assistants and agents for small businesses and organizations: the right tools, workflows for repetitive tasks, written rules for what data may and may not touch, and training so people stay in charge.
In every set-up we build, a person approves before anything is sent, paid or submitted. We built the core of it for our own firm first.

Eligibility first, writing second. We check which programs appear open to you before anyone writes a word, then write the applications worth writing. You submit them in your own name, and there is no success fee.
Our catalogue holds 220+ funding programs checked against the funder’s own page, and 60+ loan, loan guarantee and other financing products.

Bookkeeping
We keep your books in Xero or in QuickBooks Online. The fee is quoted in writing after a free call.
We are not a CPA firm. Income tax filing is referred to an independent CPA, who bills you directly.
