The areas we work in are AI, marketing, funding, bookkeeping, administration and training.

Partner
We agree a written plan and quote, then work as partners, customer and provider.

Set up and run
We set up AI, technology and processes across the business so it runs better. Then we stay on to run or support them.
A set-up can include:
- AI assistants and agents for repetitive work, with a person approving before anything is sent, paid or submitted.
- Business accounts for tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, connected to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, with privacy settings checked.
- Software, records and deadline calendars, set up and handed over in working order.
- Training for your team, and support after the set-up.

A written quote first
After the free 20-minute call, we quote the work in writing. The only published price is the Discovery Package, $500 + GST, which is the step after that call for funding work.
A person approves what leaves
In every set-up we build, a person approves before anything is sent, paid or submitted.
Your name on your application
You submit funding applications in your own name. We never press submit and never contact a funder on your behalf. We take no success fee and no percentage of any award. We never guarantee an approval: funding decisions rest with the funder.
Not a CPA firm
We give no tax, legal, assurance or investment advice. Income tax filing is referred to an independent CPA, who bills you directly.
