After a free 20-minute call, if there is something worth checking, the next step is the Discovery Package: $500 + GST, flat.
About five hours of work against the funders' own program pages, then a written assessment of which programs appear genuinely open to you, which are not and why, and a one-hour review meeting to go through it.
If nothing is worth applying for, the assessment says so. That is a real outcome, and you have spent $500 + GST rather than thousands finding out. If the call itself makes clear there is nothing to check, you pay nothing.

For small businesses and start-ups, monthly bookkeeping and administration are a flat fee set by your volume and capped in writing before work starts, so the bill never surprises you.
If your volume grows, the fee is re-quoted in writing before it changes. It never changes mid-month.

Reeve Business Solutions charges no success fee and takes no percentage of any award. No fee is contingent on an outcome, and fees are owed whether or not any application is funded.
The reason: a grant writer paid a percentage of the award has a financial reason to overstate your odds, and an honest assessment of those odds is what we are selling.
How you pay
Invoice from Xero, paid through Stripe
Monthly work is invoiced on the first business day of the month. Project work is invoiced as the written quote sets out.
Nothing starts unpaid
The Discovery Package begins after the intake form, the agreement and the invoice are all done. Bookkeeping begins after the paid look at your records.
Out of scope means a new quote
Work outside the agreed scope is quoted and agreed in writing before it starts. It is never added to a bill.
Questions people ask
Why is only one price published?
Because it is the only piece of work that is the same for everyone. Everything after it depends on your situation, and a number on a website would be a guess. The call is free, and the quote is in writing.
What does it cost to find out whether this is worth doing?
The first 20-minute call is free. If there is something worth checking, the Discovery Package is $500 + GST, flat.
Do you take a percentage?
No. No success fee and no percentage of any award, ever.
Can the monthly fee change?
Only by a new written quote, agreed before it takes effect. Never mid-month.
Do you prepare my tax return?
No. Reeve Business Solutions Inc. is not a CPA firm and gives no tax, legal, assurance or investment advice. Income tax filing is referred to an independent CPA, who bills you directly.
